Hi Pastor Dale.
I hope you are doing ok.
Remember to take care of yourself, and stay immersed in the bible.
Good music helps too.
I have recently gotten into a pc game. It is a time consuming activity but my mind feels a bit better. But I am also a little mad, because it feels like it's going to take up a lot of my time. I should be studying, but this helps me too.
I hope you find something bible based or good in another way that can help you through feelings of depression and grief.
See you guys in the next live stream or a different live stream if I miss the one tomorrow.

They are companions to me, they help me get through tough times, in the sense that they are watching and willing for me to be holy and do good. To...
